By submitting an entry you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Ster Kinekor – a Division of Primedia (Pty) Ltd will, hereafter referred to as Cinemark, upon notification of acceptance, retain entries and material received for use it in presentations and exhibitions organized by Cinemark.

These reproductions may be shown at such times and at such places, as Cinemark in it’s absolute discretion deem appropriate. Under no circumstances will the entrant be entitled to a royalty for such use of entries. The entrant warrants that it is entitled to grant permission in the above paragraph.

If there is any claim by a third party rightly including, without limitation any defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, passing off or wrongful use of disclosure of confidential information, then the entrant indemnifies and holds Cinemark harmless from and against any or such claims and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (including without limitations legal fees which may arise there from.)
